This tripod mount ring provides a balanced weight distribution when using cameras with heavy L lenses on a tripod. Due to the centered balance point you gain a better handling of the camera. Furthermore it reduces the risk that the camera becomes top-heavy and topples forward. The tripod mount can be used for tri- as well as monopods.
Sturdy construction, clamping screw, soft inner lining

The tripod mount ring is made from metal and is very sturdy. Due to the clamping screw it can be attached very easily and fits securely. The ring has an inner lining made frome suede-like cloth, so that the lens can't get scratched.
