Q: What are the methods to submit an order?
A: Ra.Ma. offers two alternatives to place an order: you can either use the online “shopping cart” or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org (orders made by e-mail may take up to 1 or 2 days of management).
Q: How do I order online?
A: The process is very simple: you can visit the page you are interested in on the website, specify the amount you would like to purchase, click on the cart and the product will be automatically added to your order.

A: Your order will not be lost if it were to miss the internet connection during the time of order, or if your computer freezes while ordering. Your items will still be available in your shopping cart when you return to the website, as long as your were connected to www.ramaidea.it and that your browsers accepts cookies. Q: Is there a minimum purchase order?
A: There is no minimum purchase.
Q: Is shipping included in the price?
A: The contribution of transport is € 5.99 VAT included. For orders above € 500 + VAT have special conditions.
Q: In how many days are the orders shipped?
A: Ra.Ma. guarantees the delivery of the goods within 48 hours from the received order. For 90% of the articles. However within 7 working days unless there is a hitch.
Q: Is it possible to deliver the order at a different address from the one on the invoice?
A: Yes, our order form includes a space dedicated to this feature: if the customer wants to receive the order at an address different from the invoice address, the customer shall advise in the spaces the destination address of the goods.
Q: Is it possible to indicate a scheduled time for the delivery of the order?
A: Yes, on the page dedicated to your order there is a field which allows you to enter any specifications of this type.
Q: How does the invoice work?
A: The invoice will be issued and sent in PDF format via e-mail the day after the order has been shipped.

Q: What are the possible payment methods?
A: It is possible to pay with credit card (VISA, Master Card, CartaSì, Post Pay), by advanced bank transfer, cash on delivery, Paypal and pick-up at our head office in Padua only with an appointment. All orders and payments are subject to acceptance by the Management. Offers submitted on the website do not apply to wholesalers or retailers. There will be no invoice if the order is without VAT.
